  Great food but service is hit or miss. We work in Sunriver so we are constantly eating at this restaurant. Service has been hit or miss in the past but today for take out I asked for the chicken sandwich with no lettuce. I requested to have the chicken crispy and since they have chicken strips I figured it wouldn't be a problem. Well when I got my sandwich I received a piece of crispy chicken on nothing but a plain bun. No cheese and no sauce. I though sandwich implies more than just a bun. They have a Honey Bacon Chicken Sandwich on the menu. Here is a picture I took. Basically I feel like this is poor service. The person taking the order should ask questions if they are unsure. Instead I got 1 chicken strip on bread with fries for the price of a sandwich. I feel really annoyed because I feel like as a restaurant why would you ever let this go out the door if this was not specifically asked for? No presentation for the price! Next time we all go out for lunch I won't be suggesting this place.

  Great staff, clean restaurant and overall fairly positive experience. However, it is overpriced for what you're getting... The food isn't bad, just nothing to rave about.
