  The Grille is a nice restaurant on a golf course in a clubhouse. The atmosphere is great, the service is great but the quality of the food for the price is 1 star. I am comparing this place to a similar priced restaurant in downtown Portland. Ruth's Chris Steakhouse. I had the 11 oz filet mignon there for $50. That steak melted in my mouth. And it was huge. About 2" thick. Here At the Grille, I had the 8 oz filet for $53 and was about 3/4" thick and much smaller. This steak was overcooked. For that price I expect a quality steak. The flavor was not good. It had some greens on top which I didn't even know what they were. My wife got a salad. A beet salad. I thought it would be a salad with beets on top. No. It was one beat sliced with goat cheese and oil and balsamic vinegar over it. I couldn't believe my eyes. We paid $12 for a sliced up beet. We were both still hungry when we left after a $75 bill. Absolutely ridiculous. I will definitely not be coming here again. I just wish I had taken a picture of that salad to post on here.
